Shipping and Handling
Thank you for shopping with The Goddess Company. All of our products are handcrafted in small batches, and we appreciate your patience as we prepare your order with care.
Processing Time:
Orders require 3–5 business days to process before shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time:
After processing, orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume seasons.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Locations:
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping will be added soon.
Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. The Goddess Company is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. For corrections, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages:
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. If your package is lost, delayed, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist when possible, but we cannot replace packages marked as “Delivered.”
Small Batch Notice:
All products are made fresh in small batches. During launches or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly.
